Few Pics From Here And There

This is everyday traffic jam at Panjagutta circle which I pass through while going to work. They are building flyovers, hope the construction completes by the year-end. Sigh!

Around The Area I Live

Some festival procession in the lane that leads to my apartment. Very confusing image. It did not come out good, but wanted to put it up anyway. Any suggestions?

Only they noticed that I was taking pictures, or maybe, only they cared to notice. [Shrug]

A view from my balcony. I did not notice the kid in the top left corner while I was taking this picture. My bad!

I wear these in my ears. No kidding.

Vertical Post

The post looks really messy with both vertical and horizontal compositions. So this one is just vertical composition. I finally got all the pieces of my canon rebel XTi. The pictures are not under-exposed anymore. Here is the result of a few experiments.

Went for a midnight biryani with few friends. I got the creeps when I saw her through the lens. I wanted to shoot her but her mom looked equally scary. So, I pretended that I was taking a pic of my friend in front of her and took her pic instead. Looks like she figured it out though. She is staring into the camera. And yeah, I cropped out the part which had my friend.

A three tiered drink. Really impressive display. After inquiring three waiters about what drink it was, the third waiter told me that it was just for show and such a drink did not exist. The first two waiters did not understand my question.

Early morning blues.

Memoirs Of A Vacation

The day started off with a bright sun and blue skies but soon got cloudy and it started to rain too, but it was fun all the same!

The Eyes and doves, peace indeed.

Could not go for a vacation to Ladakh after making tickets and all. Result - obsession for anything that looks distantly like Ladakh!!

A lil girl dancing with her umberella-ella-ella-eh-eh! Eeks!!

It took me a few minutes to adjust the settings, but he did not turn around. He was busy lighting them up.

Another day, not cloudy at all. Turns out the meter of the camera I was using had gone 'kaput'. It was showing correct reading but the pictures have all been under-exposed.

He was climbing down the hedge(?) because his mom was calling out for him.

She asked me for some money. I refused to pay. Then she asked me if I would take her picture. I took her picture and bought her some coconut. She was happy :D both with the picture and the coconut.
